this Three Cheese Beef Lasagna is gonna be your new best friend.

It’s loaded with all the things we love—beef, marinara, and THREE kinds of cheese. Let’s make this comfort food masterpiece!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix the cheese filling: In a bowl, combine the ricotta, egg, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Assemble the lasagna: In your greased dish, start with a little sauce on the bottom, then layer like this:

  • 3 lasagna noodles
  • ⅓ of the beef sauce
  • ⅓ of the ricotta mixture
  • A sprinkle of mozzarella Repeat two more times until you’ve used all the ingredients.

Top it off: Finish with a layer of mozzarella and the remaining Parmesan on top.

Bake it: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Rest & serve: Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
