Hey guys! Today, we’re making something totally awesome – Tomato Jam! 😋

This stuff is like ketchup’s cooler cousin – sweet, tangy, and perfect for toast, burgers,

or anything you wanna add a burst of flavor to. Plus, it’s super easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ripe tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional if you want a kick!)

Instructions:

1.Chop your tomatoes into small pieces. No need to be fancy – just get them into bite-sized bits

2.Throw all the ingredients (yup, everything) into a medium saucepan

3.Heat it up over medium-high heat until it starts bubbling.

4.Once it’s bubbling, turn the heat down to low and let it simmer. Stir every now and then so it doesn’t burn.

5.Keep cooking until it gets thick and jammy – around 1 to 1.5 hours. You’ll know it’s ready when it looks like a jam, duh! 😆

6.Let it cool before you store it in a jar. It’ll keep in the fridge for about two weeks!
