Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup spicy mustard
  • 1/2 lb deli sliced spicy salami
  • 1/2 lb deli sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb deli sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Trust me, this helps with the cleanup!

2. Assemble the Crescent Dough

  • Open up those crescent roll cans and separate the triangles.
  • On the baking sheet, arrange them in a circle, with the wide ends overlapping in the middle (it should look like a sun 🌞). The points of the triangles should be hanging off the edge of the sheet.

Layer the Fillings

  • Spread the spicy mustard on the wide ends of the dough.
  • Layer salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and mozzarella cheese on top.
