Hey guys! Today we’re making something totally delicious: Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents! 🥐

These little bites are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or whenever you’re feeling hungry. Let’s get rolling!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package crescent roll dough (like Pillsbury)
  • 1/2 lb sausage (any kind – spicy, mild, your choice!)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional but yum)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the sausage: In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Make sure to break it up as it cooks so there are no big chunks.
  2. Mix with cream cheese: Once the sausage is done, drain any extra grease and then mix it with the softened cream cheese. Add a little garlic powder, salt, and pepper for flavor. It should be creamy and delicious!

Prep the crescents: Open up the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

Fill ’em up: Scoop a spoonful of the sausage-cream cheese mixture onto each crescent triangle, then roll them up starting from the wide end to the point.

Bake: Place the filled crescents on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.

Eat up: Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then enjoy! These are seriously addictive. 😋
