- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges (with juic
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 small box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Mix the cake batter: In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and the juice from the can of mandarin oranges. Beat the mixture until smooth, then fold in the mandarin oranges.
Bake the cake: Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
Make the frosting: In a separate bowl, mix the crushed pineapple (with juice), instant vanilla pudding mix, and whipped topping. Stir until everything is well combined.
