Instructions:
1.Prep the peppers: Slice the tops off your bell peppers and scoop out all the seeds. No one wants those! Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Mix the chicken filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella, all of the Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. It’s already smelling amazing.
3.Stuff the peppers: Fill each bell pepper with your cheesy chicken mixture. Don’t be shy—pack it in there!
4.Top with cheese: Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of that mozzarella cheese over the top for that melty, cheesy goodness.
5.Bake: Pop the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is all bubbly and golden. Yum!
Serve it up: Take ‘em out, sprinkle some fresh parsley on top if you’re feelin’ fancy, and dig in!
