Hey pasta lovers! 🍝 If you’re craving something cheesy, saucy, and super easy

this One Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta is about to be your new BFF. It’s all made in ONE pot (yup, even the pasta!),

and it’s packed with juicy chicken, marinara sauce, and a ton of cheese. Perfect for a quick dinner or impressing your fam! Let’s get cooking! 🧀🍗

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 12 oz penne pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Chicken

Add the chicken pieces, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2.Cook the chicken until it’s golden and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Remove it from the pot and set aside.

2. Add Marinara and Pasta

  • In the same pot, pour in the marinara sauce and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  • Toss in the uncooked penne pasta and bring it to a simmer.

3. Cook the Pasta

  • Cover the pot and let the pasta cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s tender and the sauce is thickened.
  • If the sauce gets too thick before the pasta is done, just add a bit more broth or water!

4. Add Chicken and Cheese

  • Once the pasta is cooked, stir the chicken back into the pot.
  • Add the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is super cheesy

5. Garnish and Serve

  • Top with fresh basil or parsley if you’re feeling fancy. Serve it hot and gooey!
