Ingredients:
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Fresh basil or parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles: Boil your lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until they’re al dente. Drain them and lay them flat on a baking sheet so they don’t stick together.
2.Make the filling: In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. This is gonna be your cheesy filling!
