Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground round 
  • ¼ c (1 ounce) finely shredded fresh Parmesan cheese 
  • ½ c dry bread crumbs 
  • 1/3 c chopped fresh cilantro 
  • ¼ c tomato sauce 
  • 1 t dry mustard 
  • ¾ t dry Italian seasoning 
  • ¼ t salt 
  • ¼ t crushed red pepper 
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed 
  • parchment paper 

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Line large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 30 (1 ½”) meatballs. Place on the broiler pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
