This recipe is super simple but gives you that restaurant-level, crispy-on-the-outside, juicy-on-the-inside shrimp.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it’s hot and ready for your shrimp magic.
  2. Season Your Shrimp: Lay out your shrimp in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Give it a quick toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
