Hey friends! Today I’m whipping up something super tasty and healthy—Low-Carb Crack Slaw!

It’s like stir-fry but without all the carbs. If you love quick and easy meals, you’ll be obsessed with this one! Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey, chicken, or pork)
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (or a bag of coleslaw mix)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp sriracha or hot sauce (optional, if you like it spicy)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brown the meat: In a large pan, cook your ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat if needed.

Add seasonings: Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger to the cooked meat. Stir it all together.

Toss in the cabbage: Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and stir-fry it until it softens (about 5-7 minutes).

Spice it up: If you like your food spicy, drizzle in some sriracha or hot sauce. Mix everything well.

Finish it off: Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve and enjoy: That’s it! You’ve got a super delicious low-carb meal ready in no time. Serve it as is or pair it with cauliflower rice if you want.
