Yo, if you’re craving lasagna but don’t wanna spend hours in the kitchen,

this Lazy Man’s Instant Pot Lasagna is gonna be your new BFF.

You get all that cheesy, meaty goodness in less than 30 minutes. Let’s go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (your choice!)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 box (8 oz) lasagna noodles (break them up!)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (optional but extra fancy)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the meat: Turn on your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the ground beef or sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Once browned, drain any excess fat. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2.Layer it up: Add the marinara sauce and water to the pot, mixing it with the meat. Now, toss in your broken lasagna noodles and stir so they’re coated in sauce. You don’t need to be neat – we’re keeping it lazy!

3.Pressure cook: Pop the lid on the Instant Pot, set it to “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” on high for 5 minutes. Once it’s done, do a quick release (careful of that steam, fam!).

4.Cheesy goodness: Open up the lid and stir in the ricotta cheese. Then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Close the lid for a minute or two so the cheese melts and gets all gooey.

Serve it up: Scoop that lasagna onto plates, garnish with some fresh basil if you’re feelin’ fancy, and DIG IN. No need to tell anyone how easy it was!
