Ingredients:

  • 4 large chicken breasts 🍗
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese 🧀
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 🌿

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). 🔥
  2. Prep the chicken: Butterfly the chicken breasts by cutting them horizontally, but donโ€™t cut all the way through! You want them to open like a book. Season the inside with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 🧂
