- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (like rotini or elbow macaroni)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
