Hey friends! 🍝 Today we’re making Instant Pot Spaghetti!

Yep, you heard that right—spaghetti in an Instant Pot. It’s quick,

easy, and perfect for when you’re craving something yummy but don’t want to deal with a ton of dishes. Ready? Let’s go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 3 cups water or beef broth
  • 12 oz spaghetti (break in half)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese for topping
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1.Sauté the beef: Set your Instant Pot to “Sauté” mode. Add olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Throw in the onion, garlic, oregano, and basil. Cook for another 2 minutes.

2.Add the sauce: Pour in the marinara sauce, water (or beef broth), and season with salt and pepper. Give it a good stir to mix everything.

3.Layer the spaghetti: Break the spaghetti in half and layer it on top of the sauce. Do NOT stir, but gently press the spaghetti down so it’s mostly submerged in the liquid.

4.Cook under pressure: Seal the Instant Pot and set it to “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” for 8 minutes.

5.Release the pressure: Once the timer goes off, do a quick release (carefully!). Open the lid, give everything a good stir, and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to thicken up.

Serve it up: Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if you’re feeling fancy!
