Hey guys! Today, we’re making something sweet and buttery—Honey Butter Skillet Corn!
This side dish is perfect with any meal, and it’s super easy to make. Let’s get cooking!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen corn (or fresh)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Melt the butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s nice and bubbly.
Add the corn: Toss in the corn and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s heated through and starts to get a little golden.
Honey time: Drizzle the honey over the corn and stir to coat. If you want it extra creamy, add the heavy cream and mix everything together.
Season and serve: Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, then give it a final stir. Serve your sweet, buttery corn hot!
