Hey, foodies! 🌱 Ready to make a super cheesy, veggie-packed Spinach Lasagna that’s gonna blow your mind?

This recipe is not only delish but also pretty easy to pull off. Perfect for dinner with the fam or when you wanna impress your friends with your cooking skills. Let’s get started

Ingredients:

  • 12 lasagna noodles (get the oven-ready kind if you’re lazy like me 😜)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (cheese pull, anyone?)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (or frozen, thawed, and drained)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade, whatever works)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1.Prep Time! Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). If you’re using regular lasagna noodles, cook them according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

2.Mix It Up: In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the spinach until everything’s all combined.

3.Layer It Up: Grab a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread a little marinara sauce on the bottom. Lay 3 lasagna noodles on top. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta-spinach mix over the noodles, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.

4.Bake It: Cover your lasagna with foil (so the cheese doesn’t burn) and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes

5.Cool & Serve: Let your lasagna cool for about 10 minutes (if you can wait that long!) before slicing into it. Garnish with fresh basil if you’re feeling fancy.

Enjoy! Dig in and enjoy your cheesy, spinachy masterpiece. It’s so good you won’t even miss the meat!
