Hey, y’all! 🙌 Who else is obsessed with KFC Bowls?! 😍 Those layers of mashed potatoes, crispy chicken, corn, gravy, and cheese are EVERYTHING!

But guess what? You don’t have to hit up the drive-thru to get your fix. I’m gonna show you how to make these delicious bowls right at home. Let’s go!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or instant, your choice!)
  • 1 lb popcorn chicken (frozen or homemade)
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen, just heat it up)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup brown gravy (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Popcorn Chicken: Follow the package instructions to bake or air fry your popcorn chicken until it’s golden and crispy. You can also make your own if you’re feeling fancy! 🍗

Make the Mashed Potatoes: While the chicken is cooking, prepare your mashed potatoes. If you’re using instant, just follow the directions on the box. If you’re making them from scratch, boil some potatoes, mash them up with butter, milk, salt, and pepper, and you’re good to go!

Heat the Corn and Gravy: Pop your corn in the microwave or on the stovetop until it’s warm. Do the same with your gravy. Everything needs to be nice and hot!

Assemble Your Bowl: Now for the fun part! In a bowl, start with a big scoop of mashed potatoes. Top with a handful of crispy popcorn chicken. Sprinkle on some corn, pour over a spoonful of gravy, and finish it all off with a generous sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese. 🤤

Serve & Enjoy: Grab a fork and dig in! These homemade KFC bowls are seriously delicious and sooo easy to make. Plus, you can totally customize them with whatever you like.
