  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head of cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess grease.

Add the veggies: Toss in the diced onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant. Then add the chopped cabbage, stirring everything together.
