- 1 small head of cabbage (chopped)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Add the veggies: Toss in the diced onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant. Then add the chopped cabbage, stirring everything together.
