Hey guys! Today we’re cooking up Garlic Roasted Chicken Thighs with Parmesan Gravy! 🍗

🍗 This recipe is packed with flavor and super easy to make.

You get crispy chicken with a rich, creamy gravy that’s gonna have you drooling. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour (optional for thickening)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Get that heat going!
  2. Season the chicken: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Rub this all over the chicken thighs to get them super flavorful.

Roast the chicken: Place the seasoned thighs on a baking sheet (skin-side up) and roast them for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.

Make the gravy: While the chicken is roasting, let’s make that bomb Parmesan gravy! In a saucepan, heat up the chicken broth and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and creamy. If you want the gravy thicker, mix in the tablespoon of flour.

Serve: Once the chicken is done, pour that delicious Parmesan gravy over the crispy thighs and serve! 😍
