Yo, taco night just got WAY better!
Whether you’re making tacos, nachos, burritos, or whatever, this taco meat recipe is a total must-have. Super simple,
crazy good, and ready in like 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey if you’re feeling healthy)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade seasoning)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 onion, chopped (optional but delish)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (if needed for cooking)
- Salt and pepper (just a pinch)
Instructions:
1.Cook the meat: Grab a pan and heat it over medium. Toss in the ground beef. If you’re using turkey, add a lil’ olive oil so it doesn’t stick. Cook it up until it’s browned and crumbly (about 7-10 mins). Drain the grease if there’s a lot.
2.Add the flavor: Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Let it simmer for like 5 minutes until it’s all thick and perfect. You want that meat coated in all that taco goodness!
3.Get creative: Taste it, add a pinch of salt or pepper if needed. Feel fancy? Toss in some onions while it’s cooking.
4.Serve it up: Boom, you’re done! Use it in tacos, bowls, nachos – anything!
Tips:
Leftovers? Save it for tomorrow’s lunch. Taco meat tastes even better the next day!
Wanna make it spicier? Throw in some chili powder or hot sauce.🔥
