- 2 large chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos (or whatever flavor you love!)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup flour

How to Make It:
Step 1: Prep the Chicken
- Slice each chicken breast like a book (but don’t cut all the way through). You need a little pocket for stuffing.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Stuff the cheesy mixture into the chicken pockets, then press the edges down so nothing escapes.
Step 2: Crush the Doritos!
- Dump the Doritos into a ziplock bag and CRUSH them into crumbs (use a rolling pin, your hands, or even a can).
- Pour the crumbs onto a plate.

Step 3: Coat the Chicken
