Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Season the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

Add the pesto: Spread a generous amount of pesto sauce over each chicken breast.
