What’s up, foodies! 🍗🧀 Today we’re making an EPIC Chicken Parmesan Casserole!

This is like your fave chicken parm but way easier,

all baked in one dish with melty cheese, crispy topping, and sooo much flavor. Let’s dive in!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Layer the chicken: Spread the shredded chicken evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.

Sauce it up: Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and spread it out to cover everything.

Add the cheese: Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses all over the top. The more cheese, the better, right?!

Breadcrumb topping: In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, oregano, basil, and olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoned breadcrumbs over the cheese layer.

Bake it up! Pop the casserole into the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Garnish & serve: Let it cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley if you wanna get fancy. Serve and enjoy!
