Servings: 6
Cooking Time: 8 Minutes

Ingredients :

6 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
6 tablespoons mild pico de gallo salsa
⅓ cup shredded Mexican cheese
½ teaspoon taco seasoning
Six 8-inch flour tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce
½ cup guacamole

Directions :

1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, chicken, salsa, shredded cheese, and taco seasoning until well combined.
3. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the cheese-and-chicken mixture into 6 equal portions; then place the mixture in the center of the tortillas, spreading evenly, leaving about 1 inch from the edge of the tortilla.
4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Roll up the flautas and place them edge side down into the basket. Lightly mist the top of the flautas with olive oil spray.
5. Repeat until the air fryer basket is full. You may need to cook these in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
6. Cook for 7 minutes, or until the outer edges are browned.
7. Remove from the air fryer basket and serve warm over a bed of shredded lettuce with guacamole on top.
