Hey, pasta lovers! 🍝
Today we’re making an insanely creamy and spicy Cajun Chicken Broccoli Alfredo! I
It’s like the ultimate comfort food with a kick,

plus it’s packed with tender chicken and broccoli to make it kinda healthy… right?! 😅 Let’s dive in!

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (more if you like it spicy 🌶️)
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 12 oz fettuccine or any pasta you love
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for an extra kick)
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Step 1: Season that chicken!
Toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning until they’re all coated and looking super tasty. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add the chicken. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes

Step 2: Broccoli time 🌳
In the same skillet, add your broccoli. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until it turns bright green but still has a crunch

Step 3: Cook your pasta 🍝
While everything is cooking, boil some water in a large pot. Add a little salt and toss in your fettuccine. Cook according to the package directions (usually about 10-12 minutes), then drain.

Step 4: Whip up the Alfredo sauce 🧀
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant (your kitchen will smell amazing right now). Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer

Step 5: Combine everything!
Add the cooked chicken and broccoli back to the skillet, then toss in your pasta. Stir everything together until coated in that dreamy Alfredo sauce

Step 6: Garnish & serve!
Plate up your Cajun Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and sprinkle with fresh parsley for that fancy vibe. Serve it up hot and enjoy!
