Hey guys! Today we’re making something totally awesome—Alfredo Chicken Wings!
Imagine your favorite creamy Alfredo sauce all over crispy chicken wings. Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the wings: In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake the wings: Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden
Make the Alfredo sauce: While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
Coat the wings: Once the wings are done, toss them in the Alfredo sauce until they’re fully coated.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your creamy, cheesy Alfredo wings!
