Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hamburgger 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1 small onion 
  • 1 tsp. salt 
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper 
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice 
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs 
  • 1 can mushroom soup 
  • 1 can milk
  • What I did is used is 
  • 1 1/2 pounds hamburger 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/2 onion, diced (I think that onion mix would work better) 
  • 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper 
  • 1/4 cup V8 juice (My boyfriend dranked the rest on the V8 juice sence I am :NOT” big on V8 juice) 
  • 1 1/2 packages cracker crumbs 
  • 1 can mushroom soup 
  • 1 can milk

How to make it

  • Mix all together well.Make into balls the size of an egg.Brown in skillet on one side.Now add soup that has 1 can milk added.Let cook 30 minutes at 300 degrees and serve.

  • What I Did
  • I mixed everything together except the soup and milk. I browned it on both sides. Then I added the Salisbury Steaks into am 9×13 inch pan. In a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.
