Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburgger
- 3 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1Â can milk
- What I did is used is
- 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion, diced (I think that onion mix would work better)
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup V8 juice (My boyfriend dranked the rest on the V8 juice sence I am :NOT” big on V8 juice)
- 1 1/2 packages cracker crumbs
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1Â can milk
How to make it
- Mix all together well.Make into balls the size of an egg.Brown in skillet on one side.Now add soup that has 1 can milk added.Let cook 30 minutes at 300 degrees and serve.

- What I Did
- I mixed everything together except the soup and milk. I browned it on both sides. Then I added the Salisbury Steaks into am 9×13 inch pan. In a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.
