ingredients:
2 pounds of ground beef
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ teaspoon of onion powder
1 pound of cooked bacon, cut into pieces
8 eggs
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 (12 ounce) package of shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

how to make it:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2: Heat up a big skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir your ground beef with the garlic and onion powder until it’s nice and brown and crumbly, should take around 5 to 7 minutes. Make sure to drain and discard the grease.
Step 3: Spread the beef onto the bottom of a 9×13-inch casserole pan. Stir in the bacon pieces.
Step 4: In a separate medium bowl, whisk together your eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until it’s all well combined. Then, stir in 8 ounces of your shredded Cheddar cheese.
Step 5: Pour your egg mixture over the beef and bacon in your casserole pan. Then, top it all off with the remaining 4 ounces of cheese.
Step 6: Bake your creation in the preheated oven until it’s nice and golden brown on top, should take about 30 to 35 minutes. And there ya have it, enjoy!
