Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground round
- ¼ c (1 ounce) finely shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- ½ c dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ c tomato sauce
- 1 t dry mustard
- ¾ t dry Italian seasoning
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ t crushed red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- parchment paper
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Line large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 30 (1 ½”) meatballs. Place on the broiler pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
