Hey guys! Today, we’re making a super easy and delicious dinner—Pasta Shells with Ground Beef!

It’s cheesy, hearty, and perfect for when you want a comforting meal. Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz pasta shells
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion, cooking until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the sauce: Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Combine with pasta: Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet with the sauce and beef. Stir everything together so the sauce coats the shells evenly.

Cheese it up: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover the skillet and let it cook on low heat for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve: Garnish with fresh basil if you want to be fancy, then serve it up and enjoy!
