Hey everyone! Today, I’m going to show you how to make the easiest cake ever. Seriously, this recipe is so simple that you’re gonna be like, “Are you kidding me?!” Let’s get started!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 box of cake mix (any flavor you like—vanilla, chocolate, or whatever is your favorite)
- 3 eggs
- 1 can (12 oz) of any soda (Yup, soda! Pick your favorite like Coke, Sprite, or even root beer!)
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- While the oven’s heating up, grease and flour your baking pan.
Mix it up!
- In a big bowl, pour your cake mix in. Then crack 3 eggs into the mix (careful not to get any shell in there!). Now for the fun part—grab your soda! Pour the entire can in. Yup, just the soda! No water, oil, or anything else.
Whisk it together.
- Stir or whisk everything until the batter is smooth. It might foam up a little, but that’s totally normal!
Pour and bake.
- Pour your batter into the prepared cake pan. Pop it in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool.
- Once it’s done, take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before taking it out of the pan.
