Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas (soft and perfect for rolling)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (because cream cheese = happiness)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (flavor power 💥)
- 1 tsp dried dill (fancy herby vibes)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (crunchy and colorful)
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped (red, yellow, green – your choice!)

Instructions:
