Hey friends! Today, we’re making these super fluffy and yummy 30-Minute Snickerdoodle Muffins that taste just like the classic cookie but in muffin form.
Yep, you heard that right! 😋 They’re quick, easy, and perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack. Let’s get baking!
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or grease it up. 🧁
Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. It’s all about that cinnamon-sugar goodness! 🤤
Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined. Don’t overmix, or your muffins will be sad and tough. 😢
Fill the Muffin Tin: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling them about ¾ full.
Cinnamon-Sugar Topping: In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar. Generously sprinkle this mixture over the top of each muffin. The more, the better! ✨
Bake: Pop them in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and they’re golden brown on top. 🔥
Cool & Enjoy: Let them cool for a few minutes (if you can wait that long), then dig in! These are amazing with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee. ☕️
