Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for crunch)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Get it nice and warm!
  2. Cook the broccoli: Steam the broccoli until it’s just tender (about 3-5 minutes). If using frozen, just thaw it.

Mix the sauce: In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir it all up!
