Hey friends! Today we’re making Zucchini Parmesan Cheese Fritters, but in bite-size form! These are crispy on the outside,
cheesy on the inside, and packed with zucchini goodness. Super easy to whip up and sooo delish. Let’s get cooking

Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis (grated)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg!

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Oil for frying
- Optional: sour cream or marinara sauce for dipping!

Instructions:
1.Grate the Zucchini: Grab your grater and shred the zucchinis. After that, use a kitchen towel to squeeze out as much water as possible. This keeps the fritters crispy!

Mix It Up: In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, Parmesan cheese, flour, egg, minced garlic, and salt & pepper. Stir until you have a nice fritter batter.

Form the Bites: Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and shape them into small balls or patties.

Fry Time: Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the fritters for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
