Heyyyy! Today, we’re making Crispy Hashbrown Sausage Bites—aka the best snack or breakfast ever!

These little bites are crispy, cheesy, and packed with sausage. Super easy to make and perfect for munching. Let’s get into it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Oil for frying (or baking if you wanna be healthier!)

instructions:

  1. Mix it All Together: In a big bowl, mix the thawed hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, flour, egg, and a little salt & pepper. It should come together into a thick mixture.

2.Form the Bites: Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into little balls. You’ll get about 12-15 bites depending on how big you make them.

Fry or Bake:

  • If frying: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the bites for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • If baking: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the bites on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.

Serve: Serve hot with your fave dipping sauces (like ketchup or ranch) and enjoy!!
