What’s up, pasta lovers?! 🍝 Ready to make a dish that’s creamy, cheesy, AND loaded with flavor?

We’re talking Creamy Sausage Pasta with Tomatoes, and it’s so easy you’ll want to make it all the time!

Perfect for dinner with friends or when you just wanna treat yourself. Let’s get cooking! 😍

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz penne or any pasta you like 🍝
  • 1 lb Italian sausage (spicy or mild, your call)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes 🍅
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional) 🌿

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil, and cook your pasta according to the package directions. Al dente is the way to go! Drain and set aside. 🍝

2.Cook the sausage: In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks. Cook until browned and fully cooked through. Drain any extra fat if needed.

3.Add garlic & tomatoes: Toss in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until it smells amazing. Then, stir in the diced tomatoes (juice and all). Let it simmer for a few minutes. 🍅

4.Make it creamy: Pour in the heavy cream and stir everything together. Let it cook for about 2 minutes to thicken up, then add the Parmesan cheese. Stir until it’s all melted and creamy. 😋

5.Mix in the pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss it all together until the pasta is coated in that dreamy creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve it up: Garnish with some fresh basil or parsley if you’re feeling fancy, and dig in! 🌿
