Ingredients:

  • 1 package (19 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional, but makes it look pro)

Instructions:

1.Cook the tortellini: Follow the package instructions to boil your cheese tortellini until they’re al dente (just slightly firm). Drain and set aside.

Mix it up: In a large bowl, mix together the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. This sauce is gonna be the cheesy base of your bake!

Layer it: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a greased baking dish, spread a little bit of the sauce mixture at the bottom. Then add a layer of tortellini, followed by more sauce. Repeat until everything is layered.
