Craving some creamy, cheesy Alfredo but don’t wanna babysit a pot?

No worries! This Crockpot Chicken Alfredo is the laziest, tastiest way to get that Italian goodness without lifting a finger

. Just dump everything in and let your slow cooker do the work. 🙌🍝

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce (store-bought makes it easy!)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 box (16 oz) fettuccine pasta (cook this separately)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional, but makes it fancy!)

Instructions:

  1. Add the chicken: Put your chicken breasts in the Crockpot. Pour in the Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Give it a little stir so everything is mixed.

2.Cook it slow: Pop the lid on and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours. The chicken will be super tender and soak up all that creamy goodness.

3.Shred the chicken: Once the chicken is done, shred it right in the Crockpot with two forks. It’ll fall apart easily. Then stir in the Parmesan cheese for that extra cheesy flavor.

4.Cook the pasta: While your Crockpot is finishing up, cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package directions. Drain it, then add it to the Crockpot with the chicken Alfredo sauce.

Mix & serve: Toss everything together so the pasta gets all saucy. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you’re feeling fancy and serve it up!
