What’s up, BBQ lovers! Today, we’re making the easiest Crockpot Barbecue Ribs ever.

These bad boys are gonna be fall-off-the-bone tender, and all you have to do is toss them in the slow cooker and chill.

Perfect for when you want that BBQ flavor without a grill. Let’s go!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
  • 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce (your fave brand or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: extra BBQ sauce for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prep Your Ribs: First, pat the ribs dry with a paper towel. Then, season both sides with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub that seasoning in real good!

2.Brown the Ribs (Optional): If you want an extra layer of flavor, quickly sear the ribs in a hot pan for about 2-3 minutes per side. This step isn’t necessary, but it gives them a nice caramelized crust.

3.Crockpot Time: Place the ribs in your Crockpot (you might have to cut them in half to fit). Sprinkle the brown sugar over the ribs and pour 1 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce on top. Make sure everything’s coated.

4.Cook Low and Slow: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours. The longer you cook them, the more tender they’ll be!

5.Serve & Sauce It Up: Once the ribs are done, carefully remove them (they’ll be super tender!). If you want extra BBQ sauce, brush some more on before serving. You can even pop them under the broiler for 5 minutes to get a nice sticky glaze.

Tips:

  • Use your fave BBQ sauce for a flavor you love.
  • Serve with coleslaw, cornbread, or mac & cheese for the ultimate BBQ feast!
