Hey brownie lovers! Today we’re making Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies, and they’re gonna be everything—super fudgy, chewy, and packed with peanut butter goodness.

If you love brownies and PB, this is your new fave combo. Let’s get baking!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, but sooo good)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Time: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper (or grease it up!).

2.Mix the Wet Stuff: In a bowl, stir together the melted butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.

3.Dry Ingredients Time: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. (Don’t overmix!)

4.Add Chocolate Chips: If you’re using chocolate chips (do it!), fold them into the batter. This is where the magic happens.

5.Bake It Up: Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs.

6.Cool & Serve: Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing them up. Enjoy the chewy, peanut buttery goodness!

Tips:

  • Want more PB flavor? Swirl a bit of extra peanut butter on top before baking.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container, but honestly, they won’t last long!
