Hey guys! Today, I’m going to show you how to make the creamiest, most delicious Alfredo sauce ever.

. It’s perfect for pasta night and super easy to whip up!

You’ll feel like a pro chef in no time. Ready? Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (about 1 stick)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the Butter – In a medium saucepan, melt your butter over medium heat. Once it’s all melty, toss in your minced garlic and let it cook for like 30 seconds. You want that garlic to get fragrant, not burnt!

Add the Cream – Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let it simmer (not boil) for about 5 minutes. The sauce will start to thicken up a bit.

Cheese Time! – Now the best part: add the grated Parmesan cheese! Stir, stir, stir until it melts into the sauce and gets all creamy and smooth. If it’s too thick, you can add a splash of milk.

Season It Up – Add a little salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if you like). Taste and adjust to your liking!

Serve – Toss your Alfredo sauce with your favorite pasta, or pour it over chicken or shrimp. Yum!
