Hey food squad! 🙌 Are you ready for a flavor explosion?

Today, we’re making Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo—a super tasty combo of spicy shrimp, juicy steak, and creamy Alfredo sauce that’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance

Perfect for a Friday night or when you just wanna impress your friends! Let’s get cooking! 😋

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fettuccine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb steak (like sirloin or ribeye), cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Let’s Cook!

Cook the Pasta: Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil and cook your fettuccine until it’s al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside. 🍝

Season the Steak & Shrimp: Toss the steak strips and shrimp with Cajun seasoning until they’re evenly coated. This is where all that spicy flavor comes from! 🌶️

Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until they’re browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the pan and set it aside. 🥩🔥

Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, until they’re pink and cooked through. Remove them from the pan and set aside with the steak. 🍤

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic until it’s fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and the sauce is creamy. 😍🧀

Combine Everything: Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat. Then, mix in the steak and shrimp. Give it a taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Serve It Up: Plate your Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if you’re feeling fancy. Enjoy every creamy, spicy bite!
