What’s up, pasta fans! 🙌 Today, we’re making a creamy, cheesy, and totally mouthwatering One Pan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo.

This recipe is perfect when you’re craving something super tasty but don’t wanna deal with a million dishes (we’ve all been there, right?).

So grab your pan, some shrimp, and let’s get cookin’! 🍴

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fettuccine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

How To Make It:

Sauté the Shrimp: Heat up your olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp, season with a little salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they’re pink and juicy.

Make It Creamy: In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute until the garlic smells amazing! Then, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring everything together.

Cook the Pasta: Add the fettuccine straight into the pan. Let it cook in the sauce over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and soaking up all that creamy goodness. 🍝

Add the Cheese: Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s all melty and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little more chicken broth or water to thin it out.

Bring Back the Shrimp: Toss the cooked shrimp back into the pan and mix everything together. Give it a taste and add more salt or pepper if you need it.

Serve It Up: Plate your One Pan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color. It’s creamy, cheesy, and totally delicious. Serve it hot and watch it disappear! 😋

Enjoy! 🍴
