Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced steak
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box (12 oz) jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish

Cook the shells: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo shells and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the beef: In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Cook the ground beef (or steak slices) with the onion, green bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Cheese it up: Remove the beef mixture from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted and gooey

Stuff the shells: Spoon the beef and cheese mixture into each cooked shell and place them in the greased baking dish.

Sauce it up: Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake it: Pop it into the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve it up: Let the shells cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley if you’re feeling fancy. Dig in!
