Hey guys! Want to make pancakes for a crowd without flipping them one by one?

Sheet Pan Pancakes are where it’s at! They’re fluffy, golden, and super easy to make.

Just pour the batter in one pan, bake, and BOOM! Pancakes for everyone. Let’s get into it! 😎🥞

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk (or regular milk works too!)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings: chocolate chips, blueberries, sliced bananas, or anything you love!

Instructions:

1.Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a sheet pan (around 9×13 inches) with some butter or cooking spray.

2.Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3.Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

4.Combine: Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Don’t overmix or you’ll get tough pancakes!

5.Pour the batter into the greased sheet pan and smooth it out evenly with a spatula.

6.Add toppings: Sprinkle chocolate chips, blueberries, or whatever toppings you want all over the batter. This is the fun part!

7.Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean

8.Slice and serve: Let them cool for a minute, then slice into squares. Serve with syrup, whipped cream, or more toppings. YUM! 😍
