Okay, seafood fans, this one’s for you! We’re making Seafood Lover’s Lasagna,

which is basically lasagna but with all the seafood goodness. Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with shrimp, crab

and all the yum stuff. Get ready to blow everyone away with this epic dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1 cup crab meat (cooked)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1.Prep the Noodles:
Boil those lasagna noodles until they’re al dente. Don’t let them get mushy! Drain them and set aside.

2.Cook the Seafood:
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Toss in the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

3.Add in the crab meat and mix it all together. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat

4.Make the Cheese Mixture:
In a bowl, combine the ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan. Stir in the heavy cream to make it extra creamy. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

5.Layer the Lasagna:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a 9×13 baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top, then add a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture. Top that with some of the seafood mixture

6.Top It Off:
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top layer of noodles. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

7.Bake It:
Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

7.Garnish & Serve:
Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes, sprinkle some parsley on top if you’re feelin’ fancy, and then slice it up.
