- 1 box of spice cake mix
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray it with cooking spray.
Mix it up: In a large bowl, mix together the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree until well combined. The batter will be thick, but that’s how it should be!
Fill the muffin tin: Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
